Solutions for your lease document requirements

Laws introduced in 2003 mean that all leases (of over 7 years) on existing leases being sold or assigned with 7+years to run, must now be registered with the Land Registry. Part of the lease application requires a Land Registry compliant lease plan to be produced and submitted.

We will work closely with your legal adviser to make sure that the references on the plan match those of the deed.
